The teams have advised:

We need to do some further investigation as we currently have a relationship with the freeholders for MDUs therefore I believe it is best that we approach the freeholder first to ensure everything is done smoothly.

I will pass this over to the team who deals with the freeholder and ensure that you are kept updated.

I'll keep you updated as soon as I know more Josh.

I've had an update from the teams for you:

I have the account manager liaising with the freeholder of the premises in question,
however they are currently not communicating well with us and we are having difficulties
moving this forward. I will push on this throughout the week for you and update again near
the close of the week.

I have asked the teams to keep me in the loop.

I'll be back as soon as I know more.
