Quickstart issues - flashing red light
I have today received my new Hub 5 after moving into my new flat. After following all the Quickstart instructions I am left with a flashing red light. I phoned the activation team and they activated the hub while on the phone with me but I still have the same issue. I have tried multiple resets, unplugged and plugged the cables several times and hours later still red flashing light. Previously the fault detection website was saying "your equipment isn't installed right" but now it's gone back to "your service hasn't been installed yet" but only offers to let me track my hub delivery (which already arrived...). [MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]My hub 3 constantly in solid red light
In May, I started using Virgin broadband services. First time installed my hub3 has been showing an orange light continuously till now, but suddenly this week, it turned red. I checked online and it said it might be due to overheating, but my device is only slightly warm. Also, the internet keeps going on and off. So, I contacted customer service, waited for two days, and finally got a response. They said there was no issue with the speed at the time but didn't explain the reason for the red light. However, today, the internet is unstable again, and it's really affecting my ability to work from home. is anyone can help with this issue. ThanksConstant Red Light on Hub
Hi, I've had a red light on my hub for several weeks and tried all the reset suggestions. This includes: • Turning off the hub and leaving for a few minutes before turning on again • Pushing and holding the reset button for 30 secs • Pushing and holding the reset button for 1 minute All to no avail. The hub is not hot nor in direct sunlight and is well-ventilated. The hub had been working fine for several years before this. Please arrange for a new hub or an engineer to check over.Reset hub 3 but does not recognise factory password
hi, As I had and still have a red light on the router, I tried a factory reset: 1) unplugged all leads, pressed the reset button for over 60 seconds and left the router for 5 mins 2) rebooted. The two wifi channels had been renamed 2.4vm and 5vm, so it seems the reset worked. 3) But the password on the bottom of the router was not recognised (typed in 3 times very carefully), " The password you entered is incorrect." nor does it recognise the password I created over a year ago.
