Can’t get through to anyone

Please can someone at Virgin get back to me? I’ve tried the bot countless times, it says it will send me a WhatsApp which never arrives. I have a red light on my hub and rubbish connection and just want it resolved. This has been going on for weeks! 

  • When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

    If that doesn't work anymore then you might have to wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.

    Best time to call would be around 8am when the lines open.
