Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable - can’t get past stage one

So, new account went live today, wifi is excellent, no complaints but I have been trying for two hours to access my email.

I get to the ‘Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable’ -  but I can’t get past stage one .

“Go to Account settings, then Account details
Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password”

Can’t tap ‘Manage’ in either the app or on the iPad as it isn’t there. Is this an iPad thing? Am I being dim?

  • Virgin don't provide email accounts for new customers.  You should though register for My Virgin Media which is a service that alloows you to manage your account either online or via the My Virgin Media app.

  • Thanks, Dave, I was assuming I would use my old virgin email from years ago.

      The mailbox of which, is most likely deleted by now.
