Email app? Webmail? Devices? Error messages?

hi, its on my email app on laptop and phone

do they want you to login with a non virgin email account?
Had this and the only way I could sort was to call support. manged to get it setup for outlook on my PC, tried to do it for another device the next day and it failed again.
It is a right pain in the ass.

Have you tried webmail with a browser? What messages do you get?
Is the email linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account?

hi tried webmail but it said not recognised, it is linked to a current virgin broadband account

You'll need to change the email login from within MyVirginMedia. VM have changed the logins for the broadband and email accounts.

You must create a non VM email account. You can then follow the links posted earlier.
