I received an email today saying " We’ve identified you as being an additional My Virgin Media account user. Hello We have the same issue. Moved to a new house. Every house on our street has Virgin broadband. We are the only house without it. No one on the helpline has been able to assist. Hi I also have the exact same issue as described by Roryclark1992. Its incredibly frustrating. Can the two accounts be linked in some way ? so I can use the login I currently have and just select which account ? I really must resolve this so that I can see my new account and bills.
