Re: Virgin Media Availability - Only house on street not available

We have the same issue.  Moved to a new house.  Every house on our street has Virgin broadband.  We are the only house without it.  No one on the helpline has been able to assist.  Virgin are the only provider in the area.

Please could you help me?
