Unable to register account as login crashes & change delivery date
Hi, I have tried to create an account through the welcome however every time I try to create a password my browser gets stuck and times out/crashes. Is there a solution that I can use? I also have ordered the VM router to arrive at my new place however there will be no one at the property to receive it on the delivery date. Is there a way to change the delivery date? I am a new customer to VM and was due to receive my parcel yesterday 04/02/2025. Had a delivery window, could see on the tracking that the parcel was literally 3 stops away… the tracking changed “we need more info about your address, please contact us” it turned out after talking to yodel that “the driver couldn’t find my address on the sat-nav” so the delivery wasn’t successful and I still haven’t received my parcel. I don’t live at a new build and if you enter my postcode and door number into a mapping app then the address does come up, so i don’t understand what the issue is. Yodel just kept telling me that my parcel would arrive today and to be patient… it didn’t arrive today and now my parcel is back at my local depot. HelpIt’s been far too long now..
Ordered my TV package on 24th of November with a scheduled delivery date of 6th of December it’s now the 18th of December and nothing has arrived!! please can a customer service representative please dm me so I can get this sorted or face cancellation. Hello! I placed an order with Virgin on 06/12/24 for a broadband deal. The router is to be delivered on 16/12/24. However, I have received no email confirmation, or any email at all. I have received a text, and sorted the pre-contract documents. I have already called the Pre-Install team 2 days ago, they said I should expect a delivery email by today, but I still don't have a Yodel delivery email. I also confirmed with them my email address in case it was written down wrong. Can someone help? As I need to change the delivery address or the delivery date due to a home completion date moving! 😞 Thanks in advance!Yodel delivery date not honoured
I ordered a broadband package for self-installation a few days ago and delivery date was set for 14/12/2024. Instructions said I would receive a tracking code from Yodel who would do the delivery. Since then, I never received anything and it is now December 15th. I waited for delivery the whole day and nothing arrived. The scheduled delivery date in the VM app is still on the 14th. After speaking to the pre-install team on the phone, I finally got a tracking code. Yodel says the package is still with the sender and Virgin Media says it’s with Yodel? If this doesn’t get resolved in a few days I’ll have to use my cool off period to cancel the service.Order dispatch
I made an order last week for Gig1 broadband (hub 5) and stream Box. The Yodel tracking has been on “With sender” status since 00:00 29/06 and is due for delivery tomorrow but this looks like Virgin Media have not dispatched the order. Can this be followed up please as it is looking unlikely to be delivered on time. Upgrading my package so far has been a nightmare at every step including this stage so i have very little confidence that the goods have been dispatched.No delivery update or communication from Virgin
I made an order for some quickstart self install Virgin Media Broadband 6 days ago as a new customer, I have had 0 mail, emails or correspondence regarding this and my chosen delivery day was today. I tried contacting Virgin via phone but it kept asking for my account number which I do not have yet as apparently that takes 7 days. Any suggestions or help on how to get an update or am I just stuck waiting for internet? Only moved in today fortunately but still a little frustrating as I don't know whether to wait for it or not.I need my installation kit sooner, VM changed my date without reason
I signed up for a package today as a customer and chose well in advance for delivery on the 18th of June. I have since got an email from VM stating that date cannot be done, and rather than bring it forward which makes more sense, they have pushed it back meaning I will have no access to internet for approx 3 days, because they changed the date without giving me options. I had this email from them from webteam@virginmedia.co.uk: We're sending your QuickStart install pack very soon, but unfortunately we can’t give you the slot you picked on our website. It'll now arrive with you on <22 june 2024> between 8am and 9pm. If you gave us your contact details, our delivery partner Yodel will text and/or email you with a 2 hour estimated delivery slot on the day. Can anyone help from the VM forum team or does anyone have a contact number I can ring to request an earlier delivery? (Or does emailing back webteam@virginmedia.co.uk go to a team who can help?)
