It’s been far too long now..

Ordered my TV package on 24th of November with a scheduled delivery date of 6th of December it’s now the 18th of December and nothing has arrived!!

 

please can a customer service representative please dm me so I can get this sorted or face cancellation.

 

(I’m aware of the warehouse incident and lack of public announcements from VM, no apology received anywhere at anytime) 

i hear of customers receiving routers etc but no TV services.

    We appreciate you mentioned you're aware, however we'd like to confirm for you. 

    Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.

    We can't offer any further information at the moment.

    We're very sorry for the delay. If you are wanting to cancel the order due to the delay, please let us know and we'll send you a direct message.

        We did not receive a confirmation email when we ordered our broadband installation. We did not receive a contract either. Supposed to be installed today but have heard nothing back
