Wifi delivery

Hi, I ordered a router to set up wifi in my new flat and the delivery date I was given was yesterday but it was not delivered. I have no way of tracking it as I’m a new customer so I don’t have an account number yet. When will it be delivered?

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
