Red light on Hub 3
I've had a red light on my hub for about a month. After speaking to the support and doing all the usual things they ask you, turn it off, reset the hub, check the wires are connected etc. It still stays on from the moment you switch it on. Hi, My hub has now been showing a constant red led for the last 3 or 4 months now, maybe longer, I have tried everything, turning it off at the mains, reset, full factory reset and nothing resolved this, its still constant red I have no idea if the unit has a fault or what, do I need a new hub? Hi, my Hub 3 is displaying a constant red light. The light turned red over a few hours and has been constantly red for 3 days. The hub is standing in an open space with nothing covering it. The hub is not hot to touch. I have turned it off overnight but it came back on red. I'm not getting anywhere with chat/whatsapp/phone. Based on similar forum posts and resolutions I believe I need an engineer to look at it, and possibly replace it.Solved39Views0likes2Comments
