No internet for several days. 5x solid red cw8 postcode.

Going round in circles following the idiot (literally in my case) guide.

Yes I know the internet is broken. Yes it is powered on and all the connections are the same. Removed all and plugged back per the guides and a solid red persists.

I can’t  for the life of me get through to the call centre, what is going on? Been down since 29/8 later on in the day I think. 

how do I report this?
