Email updating
When I signed up for a new 18 month contract after spending years on the rolling contract terms, the confermation was sent to an email address that is no longer avalable to me. Could anyone help me getting the old email address removed and future mail sent to my current email address.
Cannot change VM primary email
I am trying to change to my primary VM email account. I click the email field from the VM account page and get this: I put the desired new email address in, and get this: In no place, anywhere do i have communication from VM. Not in any inboxes, spam folder, anywhere. Help!Can I change mid contract
Hello, This is probably common but I can't find my answer. We're on our second round of M125, currently at £35. The M350 is currently advertised for £27. Can I snag this deal even if I pay the exit fee? If there's one. I see it as if I still save overall more per month compared to the exit fee, it's a winRPI Price Increase - confused about email
Hi, I recently renewed by contract for broadband and landline on 15th February. I'm a little confused as during the negotiations with the retentions team member on the phone, I was informed that I would not be subject to the annual RPI related price increase until April 2025. When checking my online account, it shows the same thing (screenshot attached). However, I've received an email on 7/3/24 which suggests I am subject to the price increase next month. I'm rather confused as to which applies to me, as if I am subject to increase, then I was potentially misled by the retentions team. Please could someone from the Virgin Community Forum Team help clarify this please? Thanks
