Can't access settings or My Virgin Media.
So firstly, I have tried to get this sorted over the phone and it got escalated to the backend engineers. They called me once and said the problem has been solved, it has not been solved. Since the 6th of November (When I had VM broadband installed at my property), I have not been able to access the settings or properly log into my account. It presents me with this message on google chrome: """ Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. """ And this message on the IOS app: "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again" And inspecting the element on both Edge and Google chrome I can see that it sent out a GET and got a error code 400 bad request. I have tried clearing my cookies and logging on however that also hasn't worked. I have a little more control in general on the My VM IOS app than on PC, as I can at least see the "Your package" tab and the service status. Everything breaks when I go into Settings--> Broadband--> Manage Virgin Media Settings. That's when it gives me the error message beginning with "oops". Any help would be appreciated although I feel this is a deeply technical bug on Virgin Media's side as opposed to the client side.119Views0likes7CommentsNeed assistance please
Please can someone assist me? Ive had my services for a month and was set up fine, I created a My Virgin Media account and can login through email verification but never had a password. When I try to press on manage my account settings or navigate to any tab other than my bill I get the same message every time. Oops, something has gone wrong on our end, please try again later. Please can someone help me. This is the same if I am in app or on a web browser on multiple devices.30Views0likes16CommentsTV Go Android app - 'sorry we can't play this at the moment 0'
I am using a brand new Android Tablet with the latest Android release (v16) and have installed the TV Go App - I am able to log onto my account and when selecting any channel, the request to register the device appears, as soon as I select register, I then get the following error: Not Available - Sorry we can't play this at the moment 0 I have tried clearing cache, even deleting and re-installing the app. I am also able to successfully watch when accessing Virgin TV Go via Chrome on the same device, so it's just via the TV Go app that it doesn't work. Any advice?94Views0likes6CommentsSky Sports App Pin
I registered as new Virgin Media customer recently and have the TV sports package. When I try to log into the Sky Sports app on my iPad using my VM credentials, I am asked to create a pin for Sky guidance read content. However, once I create a pin and click “continue” I keep getting a message saying “We can’t set your PIN up right now. Please try again later”. Has anyone seen this or has any solutions? Is it a recent issue?179Views0likes6CommentsSky Sports app
Added Sky Sports (SS) to my package on October 26. I can view SS channels on my TV the following morning. October 29 I try to view through SS app. I sign in with the VM button, it doesn't recognise the passkey I set up in July, tells me to try another way, so I get the verify identity email, that's fine, I click the relevant buttons and go back to the SS app and I'm signed in. When I try to watch something live it tells me to "Get Sky Sports to watch this live". It's all jolly frustrating. I tried calling customer support but that chatbot is useless and I couldn't get through to a human. I see this appears to be a known issue but cannot find a solution. I've deleted apps, cleared the cache and confirmed the existence of the passkey. If I can't fix this I'm very reluctantly going to have to switch to Sky as I want to watch the Ashes on the app.57Views0likes3CommentsSky sports app issues
I have been watching the football on my iPad. The full first half was fine, and with my battery low, I turned off for half time and switched back on for the start of the second. however when I did, it wouldn’t work. It would only say apologies, we can’t load the page at the moment. other channels with play and work, just not any showing the football. it does however work on my iPhone, which is the same subscription. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, no success. This also happened last night with the football but worked once I reset the app.2KViews0likes31CommentsVirgin TV Go App asking to register same device every time
Every time I try to watch live TV through the APP it asks me to register the same device (i.e. replace a device) - I now have this same device 3 times in my list of 5. Plus it is using up one of my 3 changes allowed every time meaning I can't now change for a month. Upshot is I can't watch live TV. I stress that I am using the TV Go APP - not via a browser. My app or device is NOT clearing Cache. How can i fix84Views0likes4CommentsCant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device

Hello, I'm unable to login to either of the two mobile apps (My Virgin Media and VM Connect) from my phone. It seems like there's an issue with the OAuth process. Below are screenshots of every step I'm currently able to access on both apps: I click "Sign in" and this popup appears: 2) The following menu opens; I input my email address and click "Next": 3) Instantly, the following page appears and I'm unable to go any further: I've tried the following troubleshooting steps: Disconnecting from WiFi and attempting to login on mobile, Turning off iCloud Private Relay in case this was interrupting the process, Changing my default browser to see if that changes how this popup is processed, Opening the OAuth tab in an external browser outside of the popup dialogue, Deleting and reinstalling both apps, Other random email addresses to see if it's an issue with my account in particular (they also fail in the same way). Any advice would be much appreciated!228Views0likes8CommentsSky Sports app and VM
I have two Pads which until the final day of the 4th Test against India were able to log into Sky Sports via their app clicking onto the VM icon, I have logged out of all devices, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, sorted out VM02 password, but the Pads are simply not able to move from the Sky login page to the VM02 page as the link seems to be broken? As if you click on the VM icon it tries to load but does not move, any ideas, is it an Android OS issue or something glitching between the VM and Sky systems? Any ideas?264Views0likes14Comments
