Need assistance please
Please can someone assist me? Ive had my services for a month and was set up fine, I created a My Virgin Media account and can login through email verification but never had a password. When I try to press on manage my account settings or navigate to any tab other than my bill I get the same message every time. Oops, something has gone wrong on our end, please try again later.
Please can someone help me. This is the same if I am in app or on a web browser on multiple devices.
