Cancelled order

Hello,I made a order for your ultimate volt package. Received my contract to sign which I did. When I rang to confirm order delivery date someone stated they have cancelled my order. I have received no confirmation of this. Please can you explain why...

Volt Benefits not applied

Hi,Can one of the forum team have a look to why the volt benefits have not applied circa 2 months after installation? o2 have been back over their side and confirmed its applied and those activated after 7 days.CheersSH

VM says I've ended O2 contract when I havent

Netflix should be part of Maxim TV - but not activated ?

I have Volt package to include Netflix. It is not however accessible - when clicking on Apps on the remote and selecting Netflix it invites me to sign up and pay for the service. Can thsi be addressed please.
