I’ve not had anything from virgin since joining regards my extra I can’t work out how to contact them to get more info, driving me nuts I want to speak to a human. If someone could point me in the right direction?
T.v. - screen goes black for seconds

Lost sound most evenings , sometimes it just comes back on sometimes we just watch Netflix.
Hi, my sound goes off all the time. Tv makes a sound so dont think its the tv. Sound works on Netflix but not on virgin. Iv tried changing the audio settings still no good.
