Virgin Volt not applied

I hope a Virgin admin can check this for me. The volt was applied 2 weeks ago on the o2 side but not nothing on the Virgin broadband side. My details  are the same on both accounts. Thanks

Volt not activated

Volt benefits have been applied with o2 but not on the virgin media side. My account still shows that Volt is inactive on my virgin media account.

Volt benefits not applied on VM side

My husband has joined O2 and the VM account is in my name. My husband is now receiving the Volt benefits for his mobile phone but nothing has been activated on VM side.The website sends me round in circles. How do I resolve this please?

Volt not activated

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Been an O2 customer for a long time got Virgin installed 3 weeks ago, O2 volt activated within a few days but nothing on the Virgin Media side yet. Can you please look into it for me? Thanks Mike
