M350 Package/ Volt

Hi,I’m hoping for someone to help me, I have just had my router installed over the weekend and trying to join the volt package however unable to do so, o2 app keeps asking me to join VM. Is Volt eligible with the M350 Package?TIAGareth

O2 phone customer

My wife has an 02 contract phone and I am a Virgin Media broadband, TV and home phone customer. We both live at the same address.How do we register with Volt to get the extra benefits on offer for being a Volt/Virgin Media household?
