Volt benefits - all in household on O2 but no benefits

I am the only one who has my data doubled, and the home speed was upgraded too. There are 2 more in the household on O2, but checking their accounts there are no Volt benefits (even though one was signed up through Virgin when the merge was starting)...

So I have ftth but not seeing 2gig option.

So I have ftth it was installed just before the hub5x was deployed. I was told to request one when they come out as I am on the ftth networkCheers Tom. 

Volt does not apply

Just a heads up for people, according to VM, signing a contract clearing stating Volt 250 broadband does not mean you are eligible for this boost after all.thats what the ever so helpful customer ‘service’ person told me before putting down the phone...
