New package - can I cancel SIM part?

HiI done a speed test using the Virgin Connect app from the kitchen. My speed was 17mb. Which took me to the WiFi Pods page but it wouldn't let me order. I've seen a few posts of people ordering from the forums. Will someone help me please. Thanks
