TV 360 box has deleted nearly a year's worth of recordings

Resolved! Standby Timer

There doesn't seem to be a way of turning this feature OFF it only gives options for 4 hours 5 hours 6 hours or 24 hours. I DON'T  Want it on at all. Any help would be appreciated

Hi. Returning my 360 boxes next week. Do i need to return the white coax cabling coming out of the wall sockets? Also in the returns information it tells me to unscrew the coax cabling and put a cap on the end of the connection. What cap?cheers

Resolved! 2nd V6 upgrade failed

My first V6 upgrade to TV360 went without a hitch. The 2nd V6 upgrade to TV360 keeps failing with a (error MA1/4/30) appearing on screen.I've tried rebooting etc and still getting the same response. Anyone know of a solution ?

When watching recordings it say’s delete halfway through the programme is there a way to stop this and why does it do it. It’s on most recordings that this happens
