Blackout

Wa10 area I've had a blackout since last Thursday!! Booked engineer and Virgin cancelled it! Still no services...

Resolved! Just tried to watch ITVX box crashed and now will not turn on

9pm, just tried to watch ITVX, TV screen went pink, then black. Remote/TV box unresponsive, rebooting gets to welcome screen, then briefly "Please Wait" then nothing. Power light on box is red. As it's after 9pm. no support staff available.

Red Button Not working

Hi,im trying to watch the red button games, the blue bar comes up at the bottom, and I press the three dots, contextual information button, and nothing happens. The remote lights up when I press, however the box doesnt

Error message cs2000 and storage full.

Hion Friday we had  an engineer come and replace one of my 360 boxes that was not rewinding live TV and showing the error code cs2000 and the storage was showing as full. All good to start with.2 days on and the new box is showing all the same faults...

Virgin TV 360 red light no signal!
