Resolved! Problem with remote since 360 box upgrade

Since the 360 upgrade, I have to press the remote two or three times to get it to work. ( I have inserted brand new batteries). Now my subtitles have disappeared, which we use a lot as my wife is hard of hearing. Does anyone else have these problems....

Cant record channel

hello some for reson my 360 box will not record anything I ask it to I keep getting a message saying can't record due to failed request sent I reset the box I check the hard drive space it say only 20% it was recorded in yesterday now it won't record...
