How to order an engineer?

I got a self-install pack but am having trouble installing it. Want to schedule an engineer but don't see this option on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/book-an-engineer. Any suggestions?

Watching on slave unit - recording stutters!

Now that I understand the difference between (what I'm calling) the master & slave units, I have a problem when watching a recording on the slave unit - the pictures stutters and is unwatchable. This only appears to be an issue if I'm trying to watch...

TV 360 remote

I've upgraded recently to the 360 and have difficulty getting it to turn on with the remote. Seem to have to press the red button several times or hold it down before anything will happen. Am I missing a trick here or is this normal?

Resolved! Netflix/Prime jumping

Hi, I've contacted Virgin without success, ie no call back? I just wondered if anyone else has "jumping" when on Netflix etc? Live TV and recordings are OK.Thanks  

No TV / Broadband

Can’t believe VM services, I have had no TV/Broadband since 2nd October-22. The VM status just keeps changing every few hours.Called 0345 454 1111 didn’t tell me anything new.
