TV 360 box stops after welcome screen

I have just received my tv 360 box and broadband hub. Installed on Saturday and broadband working fine but tv 360 box does not get past the welcome screen. Red light on it. Rebooted countless times.Checked service and it says (randomly it would seem)...

I have this issue. We changed to VM360 1meg volt with a second mini box for another room. Although the minibox is in the same room as the hub it still buffers while recordings playback. So I assume the minibox is connected to the main box via wifi? A...

This is a new issue for us and has just started happening this week, mainly on bbc 1 and STV. I have checked all the cables and reset the 360 box several times. But this hasn’t solved it. what could be causing it?

Virgin 360 remote control volume issue

The volume control stopped working this morning. I've tried resetting the box, also checked the volume key control as above (incidentally doesn't work for either TV or the sounder). I'm wondering if the remote is faulty?

360 Startup issues and deleting recordings

I had Virgin 360 installed last week and on two occasions the box has failed to start correctly and I have had to turn it off. Once it starts up again it has deleted all the recordings and has no future recordings set. This is causing no small amount...

My second box in dining room freezes all the time and turns off (light goes orange) I have unplugged restarted but can’t watch for very long before it happens. No issue in the main room just this one 

BBC iPlayer sign in every time

It was happening with all apps but I have rebooted my box and it doesn’t happen for any other app (Netflix, Amazon and Disney all fine). What do I need to do to stop having to sign in to BBC iPlayer every time. Help greatly appreciated
