I appreciate the 360 box needs to be on to record and delete recordings (unlike Tivo/TV control app which seemed to work either way), but the response is either 'Action not yet complete... box is in sleep mode.. we will try and wake it up... check ba...

No power cable received for TV 360 mini box

Can't play Netflix through TV

When I go to play Netflix it starts to load and then it gets to the 'N' and I just get the loading circle. I don't get an error message, it just stays like that until I cancel it. Can't see anyway I can reinstall the app or change login details etc. ...
