Morning all. I have been sent a WiFi booster, downloaded the app but can't connect to the hub. I've gone through all the 'recommended' steps from Virgin app. Anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it?

Channels showing no info available

All the TV channels are showing as ‘no info available’. I’ve unplugged the box and plugged it back in after a couple of mins and still got the same issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this or had this issue before?

Recording issue

Recently when I start my recordings they start at the end. If I hit FF it asks if I want to delete. I have to hit "keep" and then RW back to the beginning. Anybody any ideas. Thanks
