I requested a 360 remote. This was delivered to me a couple of days ago. I restarted the V6 box several times but the 360 app is not changing to the install option. It's still offering me the upgrade now app.

What happens when you highlight the 'app' that's shown in your screenshot in between Prime Video and Virgin Store? What message is displayed on the right hand side of the screen?
There is no such app so it looks like an error.

Actually it's not an error. It's a test app for the Uddingston (Lanarkshire) broadband exchange.

Hi @bdw - what is the test app for Uddingston? I've not seen this before and wondering if that is having an impact for some reason.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with updating the V6 box to 360.
When clicking the upgrade option, this should start the download for the box. Please remember that in doing so, this will delete all recordings and series links so if there is any recordings you still need to watch, it's worth doing this before they are deleted.
