Upgrade to 360 not happening

I requested a 360 remote. This was delivered to me a couple of days ago. I restarted the V6 box several times but the 360 app is not changing to the install option. It's still offering me the upgrade...

    Issue fixed by Engineer replacing the V6 box

What happens when you highlight the 'app' that's shown in your screenshot in between Prime Video and Virgin Store? What message is displayed on the right hand side of the screen?

There is no such app so it looks like an error.
