Hi,Since I was moved with my number to O2, I can't access my device plan. I have reference number but nothing more than that. I would like to know details and see my device loan contract. Can anyone help?

Can't use phone Roaming Error code EC:9999

I am currently in Croatia and am unable to use my phone. Tried setting in app in UK but only got EC:9999 code, am totally without phone onther than hotel WiFi. Anyone know a fix?

parental control incorreclty enabled
