Resolved! SIM card for new phone

Upgraded my Samsung Galaxy phone on Virgin. There is no SIM card in the box, do I transfer the one in my previous phone or will there be one arriving separately?

Esim stopped working

My sim stopped working I’ve tried to use the qr code but this doesn’t work other sims work in my phone and a factory reset has also done nothing please can you send me another qr code to fix this?thanks Sam
