Lowered credit agreement amount?
hi there
I am on an essential tariff as I am disabled and cannot work, I receive benefits. Is it possible to have my crest agreement monthly bills reduced also? Currently paying £21.50 per month. My credit agreement doesn’t end until June next year.

You have mentioned your credit agreement, are you referring to your mobile handset at all?
Unfortunately, we don't have any policies in place to reduce these but if we've gone down the wrong path then please let us know.
