Resolved! Reset TVGO maximum devices

I have 4 registered devices (3 seem to be the same) and when I jump over to watch Sky Sports I log in okay with the Virgin account but then get a msg that max devices exceeded and to contact Virgin.

Change device on go app

Not been able to change my device in virgin media go app, can watch TV via virgin go app but can’t watch sky sports. It says I need to add device but on go app won’t allow me to. May need a full reset.
