TV Go download issues

Hi using Samsung Tab 10 Ultra running Android 15, nothing will download when clicking download button. Can you advise please. Thanks

    Sorry to hear you are having an issue downloading our TV Go App.

    Do you have any issues like this with other Apps?

      Hi Gareth

      Brand new tablet and have no issues downloading with other apps like Netflix or Prime.

        Can you ensure the TV Go app is up to date and there are o updates for the device itself.

      Joining the thread to indicate not an isolated isue.

      I'm having the exact same issue with my Samsung phone - downloading worked fine up until a week ago, app still works, just the download button not doing anything.

      Thanks for coming back to us Beanie1968. Do you have any other devices that you can test this on? This way we can rule out your account as the issues rather than a particular device.

    Not sure what has changed but seems to of resolved itself and now able to download. Thank you for your help.
