Installation Date

Does anyone know how to change an Installation date? Mine is due on Monday, but I would like to move to the end of the month. It wasn't possible to do it online

Renewing contract for Hub 5?

My contract is ending soon and I've seen offers online for a Hub5 1GB for £45. Is this offer also available for long term customers like myself who's contract is about to end?I currently have a Hub3 but because of issues I've been using my own router...
