Installation woes...any more help here?

Been waiting several weeks now (I realise this is no record by any means).

Customer care (mediators) can't tell me anything of any use.

I had an engineer visit almost immediately from the pre pull team, he couldn't find the box in my lawn so would arrange for a civil engineering team to visit and install a new one.

Since this time my install goes further and further into the future. I contacted the local council who assure me no application for work has been placed, and I have escalated this with VM, who have not responded.

Can anyone message me and work out what is going on.

VM are my only option for broadband and I need a connection for work.

    Sorry to hear of the delays to your installation, we appreciate the frustration this must be causing and you raising it via the forums. Welcome to the community.

     

    Have you been able to speak directly to the Pre Install Team on 0800 052 1734 for an update or has it been the standard customer service team on 150/0345 454 1111? How did you contact the team in regards to the work application? If the box requires installing on your lawn, permits may not be required.
