Installation woes...any more help here?

Been waiting several weeks now (I realise this is no record by any means).

Customer care (mediators) can't tell me anything of any use.

I had an engineer visit almost immediately from the pre pull team, he couldn't find the box in my lawn so would arrange for a civil engineering team to visit and install a new one.

Since this time my install goes further and further into the future. I contacted the local council who assure me no application for work has been placed, and I have escalated this with VM, who have not responded.

Can anyone message me and work out what is going on.

VM are my only option for broadband and I need a connection for work.
