Could a VM contact me please?
I was in discussion with John via PM regarding a complaint about an engineer that came to our house a few days ago, and about getting an extension cable between wall and hub. He said that he is off for a few days, but I could do with speaking to someone sooner, as I have just noticed that the engineer in question has broken our broadband connection, we are getting really poor download speeds, 40-180mbps via wifi 6e, on the 1gig service. I have tested our wifi thoroughly and it is not that. I have restarted everything and done all the usual stuff, but the download speed is broken. If someone could help me out, I would be grateful, cheers.
