Brown box extension cable removal

My cable entry box is at front of my house however previous owners have ran an extension cable to the rear of the property - and the hub sits there.

Could an engineer sort the wiring so that I can move the hub to my front room?

Can I ask when you were installed with us? Typically we can arrange an appointment to have an engineer move the Hub for you but there is a £25 call out charge for this that would be applied to your next bill.
