Extension Cable

Good afternoon, I asked for an extension for the cable but it’s max 3m , firstly if I ordered another can you join them without losing signal strength or can the internal box be moved

    Changing coax length can affect the signal - so it would need adjusting by a tech visit anyway.

    Best to call in and a book a Tech to move the box - they may install another entry point or fit a longer custom made cable and rebalance all the signals.

    There will be a (very reasonable) charge of £25 for everything

      Hi John,

       

      I've just rejoined virgin and my kit arrived yesterday. I'm in urgent need of a 5m cable before the dreaded sky boardband is shut off. Please could I arrange for one to be sent out
