Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain an extension lead for my hub so i can move it out of direct sunlight have tried messeging virgin media via whattapp but no one replys

What sort of lead are you seeking? A coax lead? What sort of length do you need?
In the past I think VM would supply a maximum 3m ready-made lead but this recent image
looks like it could be longer.
There is also the option to book a non-fault tech visit to make a custom lead on-site for you which costs £25.
You are unlikely to receive a reply from the VM forum team here in ‘Community Natter’. A VIP or moderator might move your topic to a better forum to get a VM reply.
A 3mtr one would be fine I could buy one off Amazon but not sure if they use an adequate coax ?
