Yodel delay returning my equipment.

Hi. I sent my old equipment back as requested after a recent upgrade to 1gig broadband but it is delayed at Yodel's end and I have received a letter from yourselves saying I may be charged if not returned etc.

Heres the current status according to the online tracker

I have contacted them via webchat and they acknowledge there is a delay and say it will go on priority but.. Its the 3rd of June now and still not delivered at your end so I'm getting a little worried.
Heres a copy of the reply they gave me on Saturday about the delay via the webchat -

you can expect the return at the earliest. Sorry for the delay with this. Once
this arrives in local returnee depot, it will be sent out to get returned on
priority, you can track its progress at

So I cant seem to get any further with that.
 
Is there anything I can do or maybe you can help delay any charges on my account until Yodel sort it out?

Please do not worry once the warehouse scan this in the charge will be removed.

It can take 10 - 14 days once the warehouse get this kit back to scan it in, so please do not worry.

Ah .. and Wow thats a long a time.

I've just checked and it still says the same thing on the tracking information so I'll just wait and see what happens.
