Yodel delay returning my equipment
After upgrading to Virgin 1Gig Broadband I returned the old router via Yodel on 27/11/2024. Sine then I have received texts from Virgin asking me to return the equipment.
I went on the Yodel's website to track the parcel and it says they still have it.
Is there anything I need to do further?
No, just keep the proof of delivery in the event VM try charging you.
