Yodel delay returning my equipment

After upgrading to Virgin 1Gig Broadband I returned the old router via Yodel on 27/11/2024. Sine then I have received texts from Virgin asking me to return the equipment. 
I went on the Yodel's website to track the parcel and it says they still have it.
Is there anything I need to do further?

  • Hey, I am having the same problem. I tried contacting Yodel yesterday for an update, but they said they couldn't give me any info because the details I gave them weren't the same as the details they had from Virgin and that I should contact Virgin about it. But I can't find any contact details for returns and the live chatbot keeps crashing! I'll be fined if the equipment isn't returned by the 21st, it's so frustrating that there doesn't seem to be anyone to help with this yodel problem!
