Yodel delay returning my equipment.

Hi. I sent my old equipment back as requested after a recent upgrade to 1gig broadband but it is delayed at Yodel's end and I have received a letter from yourselves saying I may be charged if not ret...

    Please do not worry once the warehouse scan this in the charge will be removed.

    It can take 10 - 14 days once the warehouse get this kit back to scan it in, so please do not worry.

Ah .. and Wow thats a long a time.

I've just checked and it still says the same thing on the tracking information so I'll just wait and see what happens.

      Phew that's a relief. Many thanks for your assistance and I'm loving the new speed now. I can even Mirror now to my TV with no dropouts.
