TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Had a new Hub 5 set up this week, tried to connect my work lap top on wi fi  without success. Although i could connect via ethernet cable.

I called 150 after a lot of chat I was asked if I would like to purchase an add on for £8.99 pm to solve this problem and another issues with tech support 24/7. I did take up this offer.

I am extremely concerned as I let the tech gain remote  access to my laptop with my works data on ot

I was put through to this department and can't see anything about this department or its service and how would I contact them 24/7?

Anyone know that this a genuine service offered?

Hi Radville,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you were having an issue connecting your works laptop to the WiFi. Our support will only stretch so far. When it comes to an individual device issue, we have a Gadget Rescue team who can help with the things we don't usually support. This is part of our HomeWorks service and you can read more about this here

Were the team able to help get your laptop online and working?

Many thanks,
