No internet -hub 4 flashing yellow light

Hello,

would you be able to look into my account please?

I got same Red flashing light, then while flashing light, then it turns into Yellow Flashing light. Stays on yellow flashing light.

hub- restarted, hub- reset

no one has touched any wire, it’s been left working and found with above Yellow flashing light error.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the hub. I can see from our side you've already been able to get in touch regarding this.

Hello,

Engineer came and said Hub 4 is dead / flashing red then flashing yellow = hub ☠️gone.

he replaced with new hub 5. All working now
