No internet -hub 4 flashing yellow light

I got same Red flashing light, then while flashing light, then it turns into Yellow Flashing light. Stays on yellow flashing light.

Hello,
Engineer came and said Hub 4 is dead / flashing red then flashing yellow = hub ☠️gone.
he replaced with new hub 5. All working now
