Hub 3 constant red light

I have a constant red light on my hub 3 tried all the fixes and it’s still on any ideas?

HI @Samorhan thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

Can you please try the following:

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

If this doesn't work, please let us know.

I have tried all of those and reset it too it’s still displaying a solid red light unfortunately.

I'm going to pop you a PM 📩 now so we can arrange an engineer visit and have the Hub replaced.
