Hello
For the past few days ive been trying so much to reset my password, ive requested a email thing like over 10 times but i havent even received 1 email, ive tried both my 2 emails 1 of which registered to my account but nothing?
Reason why im worried is i was due to pay £40 by wednesday and i been trying to login since Monday, i dont even know why the app signs me out randomly? like i remember my password but site says its wrong?... im confused on what todo and my contract ends in 2 months and ive been wanting toupgrade my tariff before my contract ends too but i cant get access to my virgin media account.
p.s ive looked everywhere i cannot find the area code, account number like i have nothing on this except my email, what can i do? i would really like to login to virgin media to pay my bill before you add late fees.

thanks for the useless help John_GS after providing you with a bucketload of credentials, even info you did not ask for i was unable to reset my stinkin password?
all just to reset my password like i dont get this stupid company? but its cool you gave me the push to give my notice instead of dare to ask for a better tarriff but im sick of virgin? good broadband but i really dont care anymore its time to move on and say goodbye to virgin!
p.s due to failure to access my account and make needed payments ive been charged 2x late fees all because i been unable to access to pay lmao!
p.s again the info i provided to this potato i can make a bank account let alone request a password to my email, if your stupid "forgot password" area worked properly i wouldnt need to come here but i dont get a single email to anyyyyy of my 2 emails? bot company bot customer services always have been the worst customer services from VM and know u lost me lad!
last week i got my mum to hand her notice in and move to sky and tomorrow i will be doing the same, why am i paying £60 a month when i can get good internet and customer service for £30? byebye virgin poodia goodluck offering help your useless help

when i requested a password reset to this website i received the email in my junk, but when i do via virgin media main site i never receive any password reset in inbox, junk nowhere! i can clarify anything u need? i dont want to put personal info here where is public but if you need something for me to clarify or confirm its np.

btw thank you for that link i had a few errors last night but i managed to make a payment, bare in mind tho i lost my card a couple days ago and been dying to pay before i order a new card so now ive paid the £40 ive now ordered a new card from my bank and by friday next week that will arrive and i will pay the rest, i received a email stating i must pay £40 to prevent suspension, i need the internet due to working and studying from home so please dont suspend it as i have paid the £40 you wanted and on next week once my card arrives i will pay £50 ❤️
I hope to sort out this login issue soon too as i still cannot receive a password reset link, if u can reset my password and provide me with a temp pw and il change it or if you can provide me the link thats supposed to come to my email thatl be fantastic ❤️

just to be clear ive paid Septembers bill and not Octobers yet, i trust im given sometime to meet the deadline but i assure you il pay it next week, i wanted to call up because i have a seminar saturday and sunday and i must attend for my course and i cannot afford my internet to be shutdown i was going to call VM and ask for this but maybe you could put a note on my account stating my loss of my debit card ? ❤️
