Unable to reset password via email
Hello For the past few days ive been trying so much to reset my password, ive requested a email thing like over 10 times but i havent even received 1 email, ive tried both my 2 emails 1 of which registered to my account but nothing? Reason why im worried is i was due to pay £40 by wednesday and i been trying to login since Monday, i dont even know why the app signs me out randomly? like i remember my password but site says its wrong?... im confused on what todo and my contract ends in 2 months and ive been wanting toupgrade my tariff before my contract ends too but i cant get access to my virgin media account. p.s ive looked everywhere i cannot find the area code, account number like i have nothing on this except my email, what can i do? i would really like to login to virgin media to pay my bill before you add late fees.
